The total turnover of the company is above €100M and the company is a well-established and recognized global leader for its products in its market of reference, and with more than 20 years of success business achievements.

 

Albelissa has been entrusted by our customer to find an HR Business partner with at least 15 years of HR experience that will lead all the HR processes across the company.  The location of the job is nearby Turin, Italy and you will be stationed locally and travel occasionally to other global offices as required.

Your role:

 

The HR business partner is a member of the management team.

 

The HR business partner leads and manages the people management related agenda at first line top managers.

 

The HR partner leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication.

 

The HR business partner shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery of the business units.

 

The HR business partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.

 

The HR business partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.

 

The HR business partner actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization.

 

The HR business partner takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.

 

 

Education:


Bachelor of Psychology or equivalent experiences in the human resources field in electronics and manufacturing industries


Main Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:

 

  • Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and top managers of each business unit
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the all the top line managers
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Recruits personally the key talents
  • Becomes an entrusted focal point for the employees to speak of personal issues
  • Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Challenges the organizational structure and proposes changes
