Career Evolutions is searching for a Marketing Specialist (Marketo) for a non-profit organization in Phoenix, AZ. A full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation up to $75k + Benefits.
If you're interested in a highly visible position within an organization where you will working directly with the CMO to push the boundaries of marketing automation tools and technologies to drive successful B2B campaigns, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will develop email marketing strategies and campaigns to clients, prospective clients and partners. And, create campaign landing pages, conduct tests, and build out nurturing campaigns to improve conversion rates and move leads through process. Also, manage maintenance and administration of marketing automation platform, Marketo. Furthermore, you will create KPI sales and marketing dashboards for executive review and track and measure marketing campaign ROI and sales effectiveness. And, conduct competitive and customer research analysis to provide qualitative data for decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field
2+ year Marketing Automation Platform experience; Marketo, and execution of campaigns
2+ years Google Analytics; proven hands-on experience with marketing metrics and analytics of performance and making improvements
Experience in B2B marketing campaigns within a technology environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating statistical output in a manner that is engaging, understandable, influential
