We are currently looking for a Call Center Sales Coordinator who will foster and embody all aspects of the Sante' culture.  The Call Center Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the daily performance of sales for the organization and specifically managing incoming leads from incoming phone and web inquiries.  

No cold calling required.

This is not an individual sales performance environment. Santé promotes teamwork and collaboration. 

Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate the scheduling and booking of consultations  
• Conduct follow up calls of warm leads
• Lead the campaign to effectively grow business and exceed daily/monthly goals
• Assist in generating new business from outside marketing and company-sponsored events

• Proven track record of success in a high-volume call center sales environment
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere 
• Experienced in closing over the phone & through email exchange
• Passion for aesthetics and helping others achieve health and wellness

Requirements:

• 3+ years in phone & internet sales in the medical aesthetics (or similar) industry
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional communication over the phone, in email & face-to-face
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office, MS Windows, and ability to learn and master new software
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
