Description

Cuhaci & Peterson is seeking an Project Analyst to join its growing Architecture and Engineering team in Orlando, FL. The Project Analyst works individually with the Project Manager and Accounting Manager (Functional Manager) to assist the Project Manager to ensure projects run smoothly. The project analyst performs project analysis, coordination, and accounting.

 Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Assist with a variety of reports, work plans, schedules, budgets, etc.
  • Assist with preparing the initial draft for proposals, supplemental, authorizations and consultant agreements.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing the initial draft of monthly project invoicing.
  • Assist with obtaining consultant fee quotes and follow up to obtain fully executed consultant agreements.
  • Assist with opening "Change Management" phases for tracking changes in project scope. 
  • Track required consultant involvement on the project for receipt of monthly invoices.
  • Assist with maintaining daily data entry into Project Management Software; Axium and Cosential as well as updating Project Schedules, 3-month workload projections and work breakdown structures for each project.
  • Participate in monthly Project Business Review with Management staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or shall have a minimum of three years' experience in a professional architectural/engineering/construction firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software
  • Intuitive, organized, responsible 
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are required
  • Strong analytical and math skills
