Your Role with the Company:
As a Foreman, you will manage a team of electricians and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating commercial electrical projects on job sites.  You will establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for each project, as well as organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment.  You will ensure that all work completed is in accordance with standards set forth by the company, client contract, applicable plans and specifications, codes and industry standards.  

Background Profile:
•    Experience with Commercial Electrical Construction projects
•    Ability to read and interpret specifications, contract documents, plans, and prepare sketches of proposed work as well as produce layout drawings and code calculations for projects 
•    Current or previous experience as a union foreman, managing projects and people in the field 
•    Ability to work independently and manage a team of electricians 
•    Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Project preferred
