Career Evolutions is searching an outstanding Sales Execution Analyst for a fast-growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $60,000 + an excellent benefits package.

You will ensure that sales orders are processed appropriately and smoothly in an end-to-end sales execution process. Follow revenue recognition rules for POC, T&M, Maintenance, Warranties. You will be working with diverse teams and external customers to follow terms laid out in complex contracts. You will also oversee billing orders to customers in a high tech environment and maintain sales and client information for seamless access and use to support the sales lifecycle. You utilize ERP systems to allow for a smooth sales execution and work with the team and leaders to streamline various sales and billing related tasks.
Background & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years of successful experience in sales or billing operations positions
Strong familiarity with ERP systems required and hands-on experience in MS Dynamics AX is a plus
Natural communicator with strong customer service skills
Ability to work in cross functional and interdepartmental teams
Team player, flexible, deadline and detail oriented
