Career Evolutions is searching for a Marketing Operations Manager for a fast-growing telecommunications company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation up to $120,000.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of marketers and peers by influencing best practices and processes.
You will be mentoring, coaching, and managing people in marketing operations and other areas.
Work with a cross-functional team of analysts, marketers, developers, and product managers to deliver against the organization's KPIs.
Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Manage third party vendors, contractors, and internal resources.
Manage a dynamic online marketing calendar.
Identify opportunities for driving efficiencies and lead process development and change management efforts.
Stay current with the latest marketing trends, including monitoring our state of market competitiveness.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
3+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams.
Must have knowledge and experience with, digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Experience with event management such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
Experience leading videography and internal communications efforts.
Proven track record of running highly sophisticated and scalable marketing operations and technology environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines and objectives.
Strong problem solving and analytical ability, with track record of “test & learn” mindset.
Strong communication skills.
