Career Evolutions is searching for a Team Lead - R&D for a fast-growing high tech company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $140K + Bonus and excellent benefits.

Duties
Work closely with the leaders of research and center of excellence to identify and execute research opportunities for IoT device for commercial and industrial use
Manage a small team to assist with IoT hardware security research
Research new security techniques and countermeasures and publish and present whitepapers on IoT research at leading conferences
Own and build out the partnerships with leading university institutions and manage / mentor students and student organizations to build positive relationships
Support the marketing team with requests and assist the sales organization during client meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering or Electrical Engineering, strong background in hardware security
Prior experience working with universities is preferred
Excellent experience in presenting at conferences and to clients and also successfully publishing articles in various journals and publications
3+ years of hands-on experience with a track record in embedded device security assessment or architecture
Experience identifying vulnerabilities and security gaps on embedded devices or chips
Global experience working in a multi-cultural environment a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
