Duties
In collaboration with the Director of Research and the IoT Security Center of Excellence, identify and execute research opportunities targeting commercial and industrial IoT devices.
Support US client engagements focused on IoT hardware security.
Research new security techniques and countermeasures that can support company IoT Security Center of Excellence
Manage a team to assist with IoT hardware security research
Present original IoT research at leading conferences
Publish whitepapers on IoT research
Support the marketing team with IoT security requests
Qualifications
University degree in computer science/engineering or electrical engineering with strong background in hardware security. Post-secondary degree a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong track record in embedded device security assessment or architecture
Experience finding vulnerabilities and security gaps on embedded devices or chips.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience presenting at conferences and submitting publications
Ability to present to customers at various levels within the organization
Team player, with experience in working within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment a plus.
