Legato, LLC is looking for a Service Desk to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Please note, all candidates must have:

• Top Secret/SCI Poly Security Clearance

The best candidate will be able to handle the following responsibilities:

• Unix/Windows/Vista Technician responsibilities include: 
• Local and remote system administration support, system maintenance, installation and configuration of Unix Sun Blade and Windows workstations;
• Updating Unix NIS Master and Displayback servers;
• Troubleshooting problems and applying resolutions for 24x7 SLA customer base, SLAs that are due the next business day, and escalated tickets; 

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must have 3 years of technical experience in diverse operating systems (Unix/ Windows/Vista), hardware platforms, and software packages.
• Software installation and troubleshooting;
• MS Exchange knowledge and troubleshooting;
• Use and administration experience with MS Office Applications, Active Directory, and Network and Internet Applications

 Education:

• Shall have a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related technical field with 5 years of relevant experience or 9 years’ relevant experience with a High School diploma.
• A Master’s Degree counts for two years’ experience and certification in a related field counts for one-year experience.

Shift:

Must be available to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00pm to 6:00am) in a 3-2-2-3-2-2 format    

Week 1: Mon-Wed;

Week 2: Sat-Sun; Thurs-Fri).           

All Holidays that fall within this schedule are considered regular work days and are NOT days off.
