Critical Care Sales Specialist - Large Global leader seeking an experienced ICU or NICU sales representative and WITH a Respiratory Therapy Credential (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) This position is responsible for driving sales across the ventilation and airway product portfolio to the ICU and NICU areas of care, respiratory therapy, risk management, purchasing, and C-Suite level of a hospital. This is a company providing the most technologically advanced and reliable medical products to their patients, as well as providing career pathways for greater responsibilities and growth for their employees .
They are seeking the following candidates: Someone with 5 years of critical care sales experience or a person with at least 2 years sales/clinical support within the medical industry as a Respiratory Therapist PLUS 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist within an acute care hospital environment. STRONGLY PREFER a Respiratory Therapist with sales background or medical industry support experience!
Position Location and Coverage:
- Based out of Seattle, WA or Portland, OR (either locaiton OK)
- Territory covers OR, WA, NV and AK
- 40% to 50% travel
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 69K
- Uncapped Commission at plan: 105K
- 174K at plan
- Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!
- All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
- Full medical, dental benefits and matched 401K contributions

*Minimum requirements: 2 years of Medical Industry experience in a Clinical sales support role PLUS 5 years working as a Respiratory Therapist with an acute care hospital environment.
*Prefer RRT/RCP with 5 years of outside medical sales background.
