Your Role with the Company:

You’ll be the “go to” financial leader for all corporate and operational finance functions. This includes ensuring financials are completed accurately and in a timely manner, effectively managing cash and credit, establishing effective internal controls and oversee/ensure compliance with GAAP as well as all tax and financial regulatory requirements.  You’ll also handle forecasting, financial analysis, including analysis of the company’s monthly financial performance to the CEO and ownership group.  You will be a proactive business partner to the CEO to make strategic recommendations to the management team for strengthening the financial performance of the company and increasing new business opportunities.    

Background Profile:

• BS Accounting or related - MBA or CPA helpful, not required
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Background in custom manufacturing
• Exposure to complex ERP systems and leveraging latest technology
• Proven success as a strategic and proactive financial leader
