Typical Duties will Include
Develop sales strategies that will lead to the ability to drive overall sales successes and effectiveness
Collect relevant data and utilize it by creating strategies to grow sales
Hire, train, and lead the sales team, ensuring that they are operating at their highest level
Set quotas and benchmarks for success, and then ensure that the sales team is able to hit such marks
Optimize the sales process to best grow the business, utilizing your strong understanding of industry trends
Identify and monitor key KPI’s to improve performance
Background and Qualifications
At least 10 years of successful experience in executive level leadership sales positions
Strong background in residential leasing highly preferred
History of continuously meeting and going above Project and Loss metrics
Past performance in a fast paced, high growth environment
Proven ability to build highly successful teams, and motivate and empower new ones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work with people of all levels
