Career Evolutions is seeking out a Microsoft Access Developer for an exciting and growing company in Phoenix, Arizona. Contract, Part-Time opportunity with a compensation up to $40/hour.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Maintain and enhance existing MS Access applications and integration of vendor systems
Perform complete testing of MS Access applications – unit and system, engaging users as necessary
Handling large amounts of data and converting between Excel to Access
Ability to organize, analyze, and document complex systems
Works and interacts with other team members, office staff, and outside referral in a positive and constructive manner
Assists team members when able, to lighten their workload
Background and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 4+ years of relevant experience
4+ years professional experience with Microsoft Access
Experienced in structured environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity
Experience with Data Analysis and formulatting recommendations based off data
Respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with provided guidelines
Excellent communications (written and oral) interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills coupled with strong attention to detail
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Self-motivated, detailed oriented and organized
