Career Evolutions is searching for a Digital Sales Manager for a fast-growing media company in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up $75,000 + Commissions + Bonus.

Responsibilities will Include:
Work directly with the Advertising Director to increase sales in order to drive company growth
Develop an intimate understanding of all company offerings, such as Search Engine Optimization and Paid Media content, and how they will best allow to increase company revenue
Team up with sales representatives to aid them as they search for and qualify new clients, deliver sales pitches, and close final sales
Oversee the team as they build up their book of business
Search for new potential digital advertises and directly chase after and close deals
Background and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of successful performance in a digital B2B environment, preferably in a SMB setting
Two or more years experience in a sales management role (digital media)
Natural team leader who is able to grow and foster energetic and driven teams
Strong ability to communicate with all types of people and build lasting relationships, both internally and externally
A “never enough” attitude with a history of consistently surpassing sales quotas
Time management and organization skills that allow for working in a fast paced, always changing environment
