Job Description:

Conexess is looking for an experienced EDI Systems Developer who will be involved in technical design creation, building and unit testing of the development objects for all EDI and integration technologies. He/she will actively participate in the design and code review process to ensure excellent code quality before deploying in Quality and Production systems.

Qualifications

  • EDI mapping experience – SFTP, X12, XML standards 
  • Typically requires 10 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent

Preferred 

  • Strong analytical problem solving skills 
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain EDI systems , leveraging technologies such as SAP PO B2B and Sterling File Gateway / Sterling B2B Integrator 
  • Analyze proposed technical solutions to ensure business requirements are met for both internal and external customers 
  • Manage Tier 3 tickets with minimal support from EDI system architects 
  • Review processes and systems to determine impact of new designs, provide basic root cause analysis, basic triage of process errors, data entry, data transmission and retransmission, and identification of manual processes that can be retired through implementation of automated processes 
  • Review and correct daily errors for inbound EDI transactions, orders, and forecasts, retransmit outbound EDI documents 
  • Review EDI Team remedy tickets, report on EDI tickets, and assist in eProcurement database maintenance and basic troubleshooting or rejects and other issues
