Typical Duties Will Include
Oversee the creation of product roadmaps, lifecycle, and overall vision for the company.
Take the reins of the team responsible for creating market competitive design, and seeing to it that such designs are ready for development.
Ensure the projects and initiatives are delivered on time and with proper functionality.
Work directly with clients to recognize industry trends, and the way the Company’s offerings are viewed; also grasp ways to increase Company competitive versus industry competitors.
Operate cross functionally and with interdepartmental teams to see that all teams are functionally working together to aid in business growth.
Be part of the onboarding and team building process for the lending team.
Background and Requirements
At least 15 years of experience with marketing and project management, with at least a decade background in senior level management roles.
Strong understanding of the financial industry, with past experience at lending and credit union companies highly desired.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
History of setting and achieving complex goals while managing successful teams.
Ability to provide an empowering environment to all team members.
Proven success communicating with all levels of business employees, as well as external clients and customers.
