Territory Sales Manager- Hospital Medical Sales; Global leader and strong growth medical device company seeking Hospital Sales Rep. in the hospital medical sales marketplace! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to drive sales into the hospital marketplace. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience selling medical products into a hospital (Acute Care Sales Segment) OR will accept top performing outside sales B2B people (with top Sales Awards and/or promotions).
 

Position Location and Coverage:

  • Based out of San Jose, CA or within territory (but strongly prefers someone in/near San Jose
  • Territory covers north to SF/S. Bay (up to Daly City/Oakland), south to King City and West to Fresno and Up to Modesto
  • 20% to 40% (most business and potential in San Jose and nearby area)

Compensation:

  • Base salary up to 75K+
  • Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
  • 130K to 140K total compensation realistic first year
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!  There is an option for personal auto reimbursement too if needed.
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*4 Year College Degree
*PREFER 3 to 4 years of successful outside HOSPITAL Medical disposable or device sales
*WILL accept B2B very driven Sales people with top sales performance and/or promotions (ADP, PAYCHEX, ENTERPRISE RENTAL, CINTAS and etc.)
*Lives in desired home base of territory
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple job hopping.
