Career Evolutions is searching for a Corporate Controller for a fast-growing manufacturing company headquartered in Bend, OR. This is a full-time position with compensation up to $120,000 + Bonus.

Job Description: You will work with the CEO and the Board of Directors to define and lead the execution of short-term and long-term goals in a turnaround environment. You will help to make the business profitable and support future growth through leadership, strategic planning, and financial forecasting and analysis. You will be responsible for all financial operations of the organization including preparation of annual plans and budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans, building and maintaining third party relationships, etc.
 
Duties include management of all aspects of Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Payroll), Treasury, Internal Controls & Audit, Financial Reporting, and Contract Negotiations. In addition, you will be managing all monthly closing activities, including the preparation of GAAP-based and management financial reports along with financial analysis in support of business initiatives.
 
Requirements

  • CPA (Big 4) highly desirable, MBA preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of accounting and finance experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience working in a turnaround environment and hands-on financial statement clean-up experience
  • Previous experience working with a private equity firm a plus
  • Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, forecasts, budgets and financial reports
  • Experience building and managing an accounting/finance department
  • Experience implementing integrated software systems, dashboards and internal controls
  • Excellent leadership skills in creating analytical tools, as well as key ratios and metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
