Albelissa Engineering is looking for a RF / Control Engineer on behalf of our Fortune Global 500 multi-national client. Our customer is working on innovative projects in R&D.

We are looking for motivated profiles with acquired specialized expertise who are able to work in a team, independently and also in contact with other cultures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelors’ of Control Engineering or degree in related engineering field with competencies in RF/Telecom Engineering

Experience:

1 to 5 years’ experience required in Engineering related environment, preparation of technical documents and materials. Capability to work in project teams, capability to lead small project teams. Cross department communication.

Specific Knowledge (Technical/Product, Organizational and Interpersonal):

-Engineering skills: Robust control theory and identification, like LSQ, Kalman, etc. (required). Matlab (required), embedded Matlab and automatic code generation (a strong plus). RF Power amplifiers (a plus), RF sensors and antennas theory and applications (a plus).

-Fundamental of electromagnetic theory and application required. Solid knowledge of Math, Statistics and Physics (required). Programming skills:  Matlab (required) and Simulink, C language, Comsol Multiphysics, Ansys HFSS or equivalent (a plus).

 -Knowledge of inverse scattering algorithms, distorted Borne technique (a plus). Numerical methods, partial differential equation numerical schemes like. Boundary elements method and finite elements method (a plus).

Other skills:

-Create a dynamic network with Technology excellence partners (private companies, universities, research centre) in order to leverage external competencies.

-Problem Solving skills and proactive approach in Day to Day development, Teamwork.

Language

-Fluent in English, written and spoken.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating

-Respect timelines for project milestone completion dates.

-Attend meetings related project.

-Support project activities in alignment with timing, Cost & Quality targets.

-Monitor and communicate project status based on schedule and issues.

-Issues tracking, sharing and resolution.

-Prepare Project documentation.

-Ensure that technical documentation, presentation and all the related material are ready with the proper quality and timing.

People

-Day to Day relationship with Engineering Project/Technical leader.

-Team work with the rest of the team.

-Proactively participates to the project meetings.

-Assure respect of Project milestone and target achievement.

Process

-Responsible to prepare the requested documentation at the project reviews.

-Support Tech Leader in the project targets definition.

-Require the proper process documentation to the process partner.
