Career Evolutions is searching for a Senior Account Executive with a HealthTech solutions company based in Phoenix, Arizona. It's a full-time position with a first year earning potential up to $110,000 (up to $60,000 + Commissions) and Benefits.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for growing market share by closing warm leads via phone, web, and occasionally in person. You will build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and grow your book of business. Also, you will develop solid client relationships, respond to client inquiries and questions, and prepare proposals as keys to your strategy and success. As a member of the sales team, you understand how to work in a group and support a team sales strategy for maximum client satisfaction.
You have a background in Technical Product and / or SaaS Sales in such healthcare related industries as Hospitals, Clinics (Dialysis and Oncology), Doctor's Office / Dental / Medical, Retirement Homes / Senior Living, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Long Term Acute Care, Skilled Nursing. And, you know how to prepare and deliver solid product demos. You do understand how metrics are met and help you achieve goals and is excited about your clients and the growth potential by leading the way in the industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of experience working as an Account Executive / Account Manager in a technical environment selling to hospitals, healthcare clinics and offices, skilled nursing facilities, etc
Hands on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and accounting software (QuickBooks)
Prior experience with audio-video technologies / low voltage systems experience is a plus
Ability to monitor profitability, revenue, and margins
Ability to understand pricing models, billing procedures, and RFP's
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
