Job Title: Vice President Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Lead overall business development, sales and marketing strategies for the company
Identify and support marketing and integration of new product launches and services
Manage proposal and contract efforts, working in coordination with the Finance, Program Management and Operations departments
Interface with Group Sales and remote sales personnel, as needed
Research, monitor and analyze market trends
Progress and administer process for prioritizing strategic and business development projects
Provide insight to new product markets and identify market niches for new products
Prepare written status reports on projects, activities and initiatives
Long and short range market and financial planning for products and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus.
12+ years of experience in aerospace industry, preferably in sales, program management and/or business development
International experience required
Strong background in aviation sales and customer support
Strong financial modeling presentation skills
Self-driven and highly motivated team player with the ability to inspire, influence, follow through and execute
Thrive in a changing and dynamic workplace, while working with international teams on a range of product & service offerings.
Exceptional analytical skill-set and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel up to 20%.
