Career Evolutions is searching for an Email Marketing Specialist for a fast-growing and fun education company in Phoenix. Compensation is up to $60K + full benefits.
Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing team and vendors to design templates for each recipient segment
Manage the day-to-day relationship with external partners including the list vendor and internal teams including Channel, MarCom, Enrollment, Legal, Finance and Accounting.
Monitor campaign performance by KPI including delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, and conversion-to-inquiry.
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting of campaign performance.
Evaluate prospect list and segment it according to category.
Execute Email campaigns on time and on budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of Email Marketing experience
1+ years of experience with Inquiry Generation preferred
Experience with Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Silver Pop, or Marketing Cloud
Graphic design and content experience preferred
Higher education industry background highly preferred
Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a working understanding of HTML as it pertains to design layout
Strong segmentation, campaign design, analytical, and brand skills preferred
