Title: Sr. IT Product Manager

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for being the owner of the organization's core product to drive product growth and adoption. This will be achieved by researching market opportunities and challenges, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, developing product business plans, supporting appropriate development, sales, and services activities, and delivering outbound product communication to internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Define and drive product direction and roadmap for the product's functions. 
• Analyze data from the market, our customers, and prospects to align market opportunities to the product roadmap.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, and services.
• Perform product management activities according to best practices.
• Deliver cross-functional readiness planning across the product's domain.
• Organize and lead customer advisory board sessions.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience 
• 3+ years in a previous Product Management position
• Workforce Management experience a plus
• Ability to work and prioritize a large number of on-going priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive to results.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to artfully deliver messages to all levels of the organization.
