Career Evolutions is seeking out a Business Intelligence Manager for an exciting and growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $95k.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Business Intelligence Manager, you be responsible for the execution of data analysis, report creation, and requirements assessment. You will operate as an integral figure in using information to best aid in company growth. Serving as a key liaison between clients and the company, you will translate business needs into useful data, while leading a dynamic team.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Lead cross functional users to understand data needs and map needs to reporting / BI
Design and create complex reports and interactive dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services, Qlikview, and other reporting tools to support a broad range of business needs
Use Sales and Marketing acumen (specifically Demand Generation) to guide the development of insightful BI Dashboards which evaluate marketing funnel performance, optimize marketing strategies, ensure high return on marketing investment, manage pipeline, and improve operational efficiency
Facilitate data inquiry or issue resolution sessions with Functional Users and technical team
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, or reverse engineer stored procedures, ETL, and SQL code that generates reports, views, or impacts data movement and storage
Define, implement, and manage data and reporting process and standards
Perform source to target data mapping whereby defining fields from a source system and map them to a destination table including what transformations may be required
Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend reporting and analytics process changes and improvements across the organizations systems and procedures
Mentor and provide guidance on data requirements, data availability, and Reporting capabilities to Televerde Reporting Super users, casual users, and clients
Understand the competitive marketplace, business issues, data challenges and leverage BI tools to deliver business insights that enable management and clients to make informed decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, IT, Marketing, or Engineering
3+ Years advanced experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, Qlikview, or other enterprise business intelligence tool such as Business Objects Web
3+ years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions
Experience working with data warehousing concepts, terminology and architecture
Experience with querying SQL 2000/2005/2008 and experience with XML data sources and understanding of XQuery and XPath expressions is a plus
Experience with DTS/SSIS, a plus
Analytical approach to problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
