Career Evolutions is searching for a Manager of System Shared Services for a fast-growing company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $85,000.
As a Manager of System Shared Services you will be responsible for leading the Systems Shared Service team to implement effective system configuration design and support for complex sales, marketing, and call center applications to support demand generation, digital marketing, inside sales, and marketing analytics. You will guide and mentor the team through best practice approaches on system configuration design and how to evaluate and meet business requirements with system configuration capabilities. You will implement effective processes and controls to ensure system setup and the data loaded into the systems will meet internal, client and analytical expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master Degree in Computer Science a plus
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on management experience preferably in Print and/or Media industry, including significant exposure to infrastructure, cloud, and application development environments
Self-motivated, flexible, team partnering and collaborative orientation, adaptable with management at various levels.
Ability to execute and direct company’s strategic vision
Proven track record of developing and fostering relationships with customers and suppliers
Experience working with vendors and channel partners, and with contract reviews and negotiations
High degree of Analytical and Quantitative skills and documented Leadership, Organizational, Interpersonal and Team Management skills
