Career Evolutions is seeking out a Program Manager - User Experience for a ground breaking and industry leading technology company in San Francisco, CA. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $150,000 plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.

As a key member of the user experience team, you will oversee all aspects of design projects; you will work directly with stakeholders to gain a complete understanding of the needs and purposes of the product; and you will set the stage for the way in which cross functional teams can most productively work together.
Typical Duties will Include:
Organize regular design reviews to provide visibility to stakeholders
Manage timelines, workflow and prioritize deliverables to development
Understand the underlying strategy and business objectives and how it applies to product design
Stay up to date on emerging technologies
Participate in user testing and research
Help the team design, produce and launch amazing television experiences and evolving our end to end television solutions
Requirements and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in New Media, Visual Design, Graphic Design, Studio Art, or a comparable field.
5+ years of experience in hands-on design production and development, specifically media related user interfaces that exemplify delightful, engaging user experience design
Working knowledge of front-end web development skills, incl. CSS, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
Experience with all aspects of UX design from aesthetics and page layout to information architecture, visual hierarchy and process flow for mobile and desktop interactions
Strong understanding of responsive design
Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks quickly and accurately, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with using A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
Deep understanding of user experience best practices and paradigm
Experience with Drupal or similar content management system
Minimum of five years of combined experience with a Project and Program Management
Highly-tuned eye for design and strong attention to detail.
Ability to grow and manage dynamic teams
Strong understanding of current new media and digital TV trends
