Job Title: Global Solutions Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Global Solutions Marketing Manager is a vital role between the sales, marketing and product development functions worldwide. This position is responsible for developing products & solutions positioning and messaging. You will lead the strategic assessment of new products, solutions & innovations. You will work closely with other department teams to develop and deliver high-impact marketing messaging and launch products and solutions in distinct markets. You will play a crucial role in contributing to portfolio investment decisions to support the profitable growth of the company.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various other departments to bring approved new innovations to market.
Lead strategic assessment of new product/solution/innovation including competitive positioning and pricing assessments within target markets.
Conduct appropriate levels of market research and competitive analysis, which may include sales insight, surveys and focus groups with customers and prospects to gather customer pain points, total addressable market, market dynamics, pricing & channel strategies, top competitors.
Lead go-to-marketing strategies for new product/solution/innovation to ensure successful commercial launch with key business metrics.
Works closely with business owners, sales and marketing teams for the development of sales tool kit and marketing collateral for new products and solutions.
On a regular basis educate internal and external customers and industry analysts on the business value of our solutions and changes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
Comfortable with up to 15% travel (domestic and some international)
Experience in cybersecurity/IT security & B2B environment required
5+ years of experience product/solution management in IT/high tech business within an international, multi-cultural business environment
Excellent marketing execution and business analysis skills with strong capabilities in effectively positioning and promoting products & solutions.
4+ years of Go-to-market strategy experience
Ghost writing and content creating/white paper skills (case studies)
Proven financial skills: creation of business models and customer pricing or product/service line strategies.
Experience in knowledge transfer or training/coaching various levels of cross-functional organizations.
Project Management knowledge and strong business acumen with solid organizational & analytical skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts and technologies into business-oriented value propositions
Dynamic, autonomous and capable of taking initiatives and decisions in a fast-growing environment
