Your Role with the Company:

You’ll be part of the new project controls department as the scheduling expert.  You’ll create the scheduling function where there was none before, putting your own signature on the department!  You will, of course work closely to both build the function and execute for one department initially.  You will ultimately work on multiple projects, and create new schedules at various control levels for use throughout the organization.  As you grow more familiar with the team, you’ll be expected to act as a mentor to project managers, training them and coaching them on scheduling and its impact on their success.  You’ll be an ambassador to the project controls department, spreading your scheduling knowledge and the function’s benefits throughout all divisions of the company. 
 

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Accounting, Finance or related field
• Background in project scheduling
• Experience in the construction industry
• Minimum 7 years of work experience
• Exposure to reading construction drawings
