Western Technologies Inc., one of the largest independent construction materials testing laboratories and engineering firms in the southwest, has an excellent full-time and part-time employment opportunity available in our Phoenix office for both Field and Lab Technicians. Two to three years experience in construction and/or materials testing is preferred. You will perform soil, concrete and asphalt testing and inspection. Desired certifications preferred but not required include ATTI Asphalt, Soil and/or Aggregate Base materials, ACI Concrete Field or Lab Technician, NICET or ICC / ICBO in reinforced concrete and/or masonry. We will provide training and assist you in becoming certified. Good math and written communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail is required, must be a team player, have acceptable driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
