Career Evolutions is searching for a Product Marketing Manager for a very successful business services company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $75,000.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound lead generation programs to increase inbound qualified prospects
Work with sales to enable effective lead nurturing resulting in higher close rates for prospective customers.
Help drive technical aptitude of customer support team by creating and implementing training manuals, presentations, processes and procedures, etc.
Manage the impact of programs to increase customer satisfaction and increase customer referral rates.
Identify opportunities to achieve business objectives through effective product/service offering definition/targeting/marketing.
Work with experts to develop content necessary to position company as leader in market
Participate as productive member of team responsible for designing/launching/evolving website in a manner that improves SEO and other online results, driving more inbound leads.
Manage third party marketing agency and their efforts on social media, website management, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in product marketing/marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
Ability to identify a storyline, source information and produce a compelling story
Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.
Problem solving skills and strong customer-oriented mindset necessary
Naturally intellectually curious and likes to ask questions
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
