Job Title: Corporate Controller
Job Description: You will work with the CEO and the executive team to define and lead the execution of short-term and long-term goals. You will help to drive the growth of the business through leadership, strategic planning, and financial forecasting and analysis. You will be responsible for all financial operations of the organization including preparation of annual plans and budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans, building and maintaining third party relationships, etc.
Duties include management of all aspects of Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Payroll), Treasury, Internal Controls & Audit, Financial Reporting, and Contract Negotiations. In addition, you will be managing all monthly closing activities, including the preparation of GAAP-based and management financial reports along with financial analysis in support of business initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA (Big 4) highly desirable, MBA preferred
7+ years of accounting and finance experience in the manufacturing industry
Exceptional accounting and finance skills with proven track record of exceeding goals in high-growth scenarios
Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, forecasts, budgets and financial reports
Experience building and managing an accounting/finance department
Experience implementing integrated software systems, dashboards and internal controls
Excellence in organizational management with ability to develop high-performance teams
