We are currently looking to expand our team and develop Ardon team members in all areas of core business functions.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who can work with the Moda accounting department as well as Team Ardon to enhance all financial aspects of our business. Reporting jointly to the Moda Financial Accounting Manager and the Ardon Vice President, Operations, the Financial Analyst will work cross-functionally to develop, monitor, and assess the financial and operational metrics of the Company, providing relevant information to key constituents.

As an Ardon Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing analysis on our transactional data and interpreting that information in a way that is meaningful for key stakeholders. As the Financial Analyst you will work with many areas of our business, including pharmacists, data analysts, and many other members of the operational team. Refer to the Primary Functions section of this description for more detail.

Primary Functions:
1.    Analyze performance through development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that identify business issues and trends.
2.    Lead the finance/accounting effort in new system implementation.
3.    Partner with IT and accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements. 
4.    Perform forecasting and monitoring of financial performance and develop actionable recommendations to address identified business challenges and opportunities; measure, track and challenge overall performance.
5.    Lead development and formulation of annual operating budgets.
6.    Monitor performance against business plans to achieve overall financial objectives.
7.    Contribute to overall business strategy through development of powerful financial models that add clear focus to the finance lens for the company.
8.    Work with Moda accounting team for inventory and COGS analysis.
9.    Ensure adherence to accreditation standards/objectives. 
10.    Create policies and procedures and written job aids as needed.
11.    Achieve regular attendance essential to the successful performance of the position by conforming with the standards, which may be revised from time to time 
12.    Comply with the company’s Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities.
13.    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
