Career Evolutions is searching for a VP of Finance for a fast-growing manufacturing company headquartered in Bend, OR. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with compensation up to $150,000 + Bonus.

JOB TITLE: VP of Finance
JOB SUMMARY: You will work with the CEO and the Executive Team to define and lead the execution of short-term and long-term goals. You will drive the growth of the business through leadership, strategic planning, and financial forecasting and analysis. You will be responsible for all financial operations of the organization including preparation of annual plans and budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans, building and maintaining third party relationships, etc.
Strategy:
As a true business partner to the CEO, assess organizational performance against the annual budget and the Company’s long-term strategy.
Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Oversee all budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the Company’s strategic plan.
Financial and Operational Management:
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Manage cash flow and forecasting and reporting.
Oversee budgeting and financial metrics both internally and externally.
Define, manage and track KPI’s across the organization and divisions.
Provide timely, accurate and complete reporting to CEO Board of Directors.
Provide business forecasting and market analysis on potential expansion opportunities.
Team Management:
Mentor and develop the accounting & finance team.
Manage training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA (Big 4) highly desirable, MBA preferred
10+ years of finance and leadership experience the manufacturing industry
Exceptional accounting and finance skills with proven track record of exceeding goals in high-growth scenarios
Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, forecasts, budgets and financial reports
Experience building and managing an accounting/finance department
Experience implementing integrated software systems, dashboards and internal controls
Excellence in organizational management with ability to develop high-performance teams
Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving goals and objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
