Career Evolutions is searching for a Sr. SEO Strategist for a fast-growing digital marketing company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $55k.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the planning, execution and monitoring of client SEO campaigns
Review and analyze client sites for any areas of improvement
Develop link building strategies in coordination with client SEO goals
Monitor and evaluate search results and content marketing performance across multiple channels
Actively manage SEO & Organic SEO campaigns to the clients’ weekly and monthly budget goals
Mentor entry-mid level specialists and strategists and act as a team lead to the SEO department
Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction
Provide senior-level support to clients managed by team members as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent relevant work experience required
4+ years of working experience in SEO, preferably in agency environment
Drive to learn the latest technologies and techniques
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of HTML required
Google Analytics certified preferred
Experience working with CMS such as WordPress required
