As a Project Manager, you will be an instrumental force in ensuring that all proper measures are taken in regards to software support and implementation. You will work directly with customers to see that all company-customer relations actives are properly maintained. You will use your strong IT understanding, blended with your first rate communication and management skills, to oversee numerous simultaneous projects.
Typical Duties Will Include:
Oversee and direct all required customer support efforts
Take an integral and leading position in managing the project lifecycle
Lead all troubleshooting and error resolution functions
Work closely with complex and interdepartmental teams to aid in organizational growth
Requirements:
Strong understand of current and upcoming technology trends
Three year history of working with customer support in a technology setting
Excellent organizational skills, with a strong time management ability
Background of working with Product Lifecycle Management concepts, with related certifications preferable
Minimum of a year of experience overseeing software implementation and support
A successful history of overseeing requirements gathering
Proven written and oral communication skills with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
