Career Evolutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative for an exciting and growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $45K plus commissions.
As an integral member of the sales team, you will be instrumental in overseeing company efforts to identify and develop business opportunities. You will oversee lead generation and lead management, serving as a key player in identifying new room for growth. You will operate as a champion of Company offerings, demonstrating their value and importance to potential customers.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Handle outgoing and incoming calls to aid in campaign efforts to foster relations with potential new customers
Work on the development of opportunities and accounts
Successfully demonstrate the organization’s offerings and services to customers in order to increase attractiveness
Search for, identify, and execute on potential leads
Conduct lead reviews to identify potential shortcomings in prospecting methodology
Work closely within the sales team to create new opportunities with potential client companies
Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in a sales position
Established background of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals
A strong background of identifying and qualifying potential leads
Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
Thorough understanding of CRM applications with an ability to quickly come up to speed on previously unfamiliar software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong phone presence
