CE Staffing is looking for a FranchiseLead Specialist for an exciting and industry leading company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $50K plus commissions.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the tracking and managing of business leads. You will serve as an administrative supporter of the sales team to ensure that the best practices in business generation are followed. You will be instrumental in utilizing and maintaining sales and tracking applications to best support the sales team.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Daily support of the lead development sales team
Track, monitor, and manage all potential leads and opportunities
Oversee the collection and utilization of all relevant lead data
Create and distribute engaging presentation material to various types of audiences to best allow for business development
Assist in the maintenance of CRM and various sales applications
Requirements:
3 years of successful history as a lead specialist or similar experience in the franchise industry required
Highly proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
Strong analytical and mathematics abilities
Familiarity of various CRM applications such as Tango, FranConnect, and Salesforce
