As a Software Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that application users of all levels will be properly supported and that all functionally is successfully administered. You will work with business members to see that all technical responsibilities are appropriately handled and escalated.
Typical Duties Will Include:
Act as the initial point of contact for all users experience problems
Troubleshoot and resolve user experience problems, working with IT to see that all issues are properly handled and documented
Aid in testing efforts to resolve technical issues, with documenting bugs and aiding in debugging efforts
Work directly with users to resolve application issues
Operate closely within interdepartmental teams to verify ownership
Foster and maintain a strong understanding of Company products and their purposes
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a help/service desk type role
Entry level familiarity of SQl, JavaScript, jQuery, and bootstrap
Desire and ability to quickly become familiar with MS Stack, SSRS/SSIS, and .NET development
