Career Evolutions is searching for a Director of Demand Generation for a fast-growing financial services company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $100,000 + Bonus.

Job Title: Director of Demand Generation

Job Summary: You have a strong marketing implementation and digital marketing background. Your responsibilities will involve the development and management of digital marketing and social media to drive lead generation. You are a creative and positive self-starter with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage solution area lead generation plans and overall campaign calendar
  • Leverage excellent organizational skills to execute on marketing plans, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Leverage creative skills to develop and execute on marketing ideas for breakthrough growth
  • Manage growing marketing mix, including direct marketing, email & webinar campaigns, digital advertising, and social media
  • Collaborate with Content Director to develop, update, and manage the firm’s website content, landing pages, brochures, collateral, and presentations
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external resources to establish a new website presence.
  • Lead non-personal social media accounts to engage consumers on social platforms
  • Optimize content and development and implementation of keyword strategies to increase website ranking and traffic
  • Lead traditional, digital and social campaigns from start to finish including planning through execution and evaluation of campaign success
  • Develop and update marketing calendar of promotions and events
  • Fulfillment of promotional requests as needed, both in-house and outsourced
  • Work with a collaborative marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business
  • 4+ years of digital lead generation, email campaign, and project implementation experience
  • 2+ years of digital content management and search engine marketing experience
  • Strong marketing production and high-volume project/traffic management experience
  • Excellent experience with digital marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot
  • Strong Google AdWords experience
  • Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills
