Responsibilities:
Drive the vision and thought leadership for digital marketing across the agency
Present complex solutions and services in a simple way
Lead a team of three digital media, social media, and SEO/SEM professionals
Work cross-functionally across all agency departments
Manage digital strategy, execution, reporting and analysis that may include: PPC, digital media, social media, influencer programs, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, SMS
Leverage consumer insights and research to drive digital, media and creative strategies across the entire agency
Define key metrics of success, and KPIs
Manage outside vendors

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, management or related field is required.
7+ years of digital marketing experience required
Agency environment experience preferred
Experience with social/digital, mobile, search, marketing, online advertising and integrated campaigns
Project management skills
Experience managing vendor partners
Knowledge of online advertising and reputation management
Knowledge and working experience of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email campaign services, Google Analytics, MOZ, Sprout Social, YouTube, WordPress, or similar platforms / environments
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
Creative thought, critical thinking, and analytical skills
