Typical Duties will Include:
Manages and coordinates the planning, design, scoping, functional analysis, technical analysis, coding, implementation, and support.
Manages the development, enhancement and support of existing and new IT applications, internal processing, reporting and data warehouse.
Ensures that technical and quality standards are enforced throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensures compliance with audit or other applicable compliance guidelines.
Manages the department’s resource planning and allocation for optimal application availability and performance.
Planning, assigning and directing work for direct reports
Collaborating with direct reports on their professional development and growth
Assisting with developing leadership succession plans for the department
Collaborates with the CIO to provide strategic direction for information technology improvements.
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required / MSCS desired
6+ years Software Development Experience in full-stack .Net environment including MVC Web apps, Entity Framework, RESTful and BI.
2+ years’ experience managing software developers in an administrative role
