Career evolutions is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager for an exciting and growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a total compensation up to $175,000.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, you will ensure that the Company mission of introducing exciting and ground breaking new media offerings to the world. You will be part of an engaging and dynamic team that ensures that the Company’s digital media technologies are successfully partnered with other industry leaders.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Pick up on potential industry offerings that would be suitable for partnerships or acquisitions
Oversee the delivery of successful deal execution, with an ability to perform sophisticated contract agreements, at times operating with the appropriate legal channels
Make suggestions on possible beneficial partnerships with industry leaders, as well as proving instrumental in fostering new relationships
Assessing potential opportunities as well as performing the necessary risk management
Assure that the appropriate merger and acquisitions take place, ensuring that all proper protocols take place, as well as delivering both assessment and management after the merger has occurred
Be a key player in invigorating and reinforcing Company services to establish appropriate and timely decisions.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field required, MBA desired
At least five years of appropriate experience with a history of working in business development and product marketing in the media industry. A background of operating in an international atmosphere preferred.
A strong familiarity of the coming industry direction and patterns, particularly related to connected technologies, Internet of Things, and cyber security.
Proven background of discovering and utilizing appropriate business opportunities, as well establishing successful relationships within a tech setting.
A history of writing white papers, defining products, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Top notch critical thinking skills and an essential ability to quickly take away the key points from industry data
