Career Evolutions is searching for a Finance Manager for an international tech company in Phoenix, AZ. It's a full-time, direct-hire opportunity paying up to $125,000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits.

You will serve as partner and advisor to manage business performance and processes, improve efficiency and drive growth for the operation. You will also assess business cases for new products, services and customer contracts. And, report actual and plan future business performance with view on full P&L as well as profitability by product, project and customer and operational KPI. Act as business partner to other leaders in the organization to create, evaluate, track and report financial goals and outcomes while ensuring data quality and transparency.
Further, you contribute to the short and medium planning process and will be responsible for business unit performance and strategy reviews. Generate management monthly reporting and provide insight on deviations. Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels to divisional, functional and/or regional management to pro-actively drive fact-based business decisions. And you don't mind some traveling to visit locations around the nation and internationally.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, MBA preferred
5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in an international tech / software / consulting environment
Advanced Excel user and hands-on experience working in such ERP systems as MS Dynamics, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP
BI / Analytical experience preferred, i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sisense, etc.
Thrive working in a complex, international and rapidly evolving environment
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to adapt to different cultures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
