Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team and various account managers via alignment with their plans for the appropriate partners.
Work closely with field sale engineers, enterprise architect, and the rest of the enablement team to successfully deliver programs, content, and projects.
Deliver technical expertise to customers and partners by utilizing technology based sales presentations, proof of concepts, and product demonstrations.
Act as channel champion and develop and grow relationships with technical personnel within their assigned partners.
Work within complex teams to guarantee that new tools and content are in line with and relevant to the channel business model.
Verify that activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner, that all necessary updates are issued and reported to management.
Deliver and contribute to the team’s broad technical goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Previous history of successfully operating within a channel organization
5+ years of experience with pre-sales or system engineering involvement while at a technology driven organization
Prior working experience with Server Virtualization, Desktop Virtualization, Application Virtualization, or Enterprise Mobility Management
Strong familiarization of current technological offerings with an ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new and developing technologies
Proven background of working interdepartmentally and within cross-functional teams with an ability to work with and present to executives
Strong architectural experience
CCIE, CCNP certifications preferred,
CCDP or similar vendor certification
Clear written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
