Typical Duties will Include:
Oversee and take charge of major Sitecore projects in a team enivornment
Be responsible for the monitoring, documentation, and proper testing of code
Ensure that the proper measures are taken to troubleshoot and examine problems in the code and propose possible resolution methods
Work closely with the development team and be responsible for the development and implementation of code for unique and diverse web projects
Take complete ownership for code produced for assigned projects, only releasing when satisfied that the code is without error
Requirements:
BS in computer science or related field desired
At least a two year history of working on Sitecore projects
A minimum of four years working on various web projects of a sophisticated nature
In depth experience of having worked with design and architecture in regards to Sitecore based solutions
Sitecore Developer Certification strongly desired (7.2 or 8)
A professional history of working with Visual Studio, C# .NET Framework 4.0+. REST SOAP, HTLM5, MVC 4.0 and SQL server
A working familiarity with ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 4.0, Web API, and web services
An established track record of writing proper and reliable ADA-compliant code
WoredPress, Umbraco, and Kentico familiarity preferred
A strong knowledge of general web security protocols and procedures
Clear written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with interdepartmental teams
An ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a new setting and team, as well as an ability to work independently towards common goals
A strong analytical mind with a keen eye for solving problems
