Typical Duties will Include:
Provide the leadership and direction for the organizations product and services offerings
Oversee the timely delivery and launches of new company products as well as ensuring timely product updates
Be responsible for the development, delivery, and timely releases to ensure successful go-to-market execution
Manage and grow development teams by seeking out and attracting top engineering talent and fostering employee and team growth
Draw from your background and understanding of technology trends to drive road-map and product planning processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Master’s Degree preferred
At least eight years of leadership and oversight experience in a technology setting, with a background of working in digital marketing desired
An in depth understanding of industry trends and developments
A proven history of product development and releases
Ability to grow and oversee development and engineering teams
Experience in working with clients & industry technology partners
