Responsibilities:
Successfully implement the direction, strategy and roadmap for the development of the company’s platform and services
Work in partnership with the Sales and Market Development teams to orchestrate competitive and industry analysis
Work with the Sales Team to present the product to the world
Deliver product knowledge by operating as an integral internal and external product representative
Manage the product portfolio
Be ready to present, demonstrate, and sell company offerings to various customers and partners and gather marketplace opinion to aid the team in possible improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external resources to further understand what solutions the company can bring to the market
Be responsible for various stages in the preparation of launching a product into the marketplace
Report to the VP of Product Development
Requirements and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or similar field required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
At least 10 years of successful Product Management involvement, with 4 years in management positions strongly desired
Thorough familiarity of current device patterns and rapidly developing technologies
Established ability of developing products from initial conception to launch
Strong technical understanding and expertise with a cunning business sense
Ability to develop multifaceted websites, products and platforms
History of working with prosumer and consumer tech products
TV/STB/OTT familiarity preferred
Able to manage a heavy workload with demanding deadlines
Travel 15% and conversational in French is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills a must
