Typical Duties will Include:
Oversee Business Analysts and Project Managers within the department, as well creating an environment that can foster employee growth
Understand the business’s needs and translate this to delivering projects in a timely manner while staying within budget limits
Oversee budgetary expenditures to ensure that they are finically responsible and sound
Be responsible for managing the company’s project portfolio as well as delivering weekly updates in executive meetings
Support preparation and facilitation for the Executive Team
Perform evaluations for all project managers and review the level of success on various objectives and goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Provide constructive feedback to the team to foster employee growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Masters or advanced degree preferred
Five years of project management leadership experience in a healthcare environment
Distribution experience preferred
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office, and SharePoint
Certified Scrum Master
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Ability to manage many projects with demanding deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills a must
