Career Evolutions is searching for a Salesperson for an exciting and fast-growing audio video solutions company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time position with a base salary of Thirty-Thousand Dollars, with heavy bonus and commission incentives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for A/V technologies and home automation. You love to use your knowledge and expertise to help customers’ find creative solutions to their individual needs. You have a natural ability to build and foster relationships and consider yourself a customer service pro.
Job Description: You will be responsible for business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales while effectively promoting the company’s offerings and services to current and prospective customers and clients. You will manage the overall relationship with customers, as well as focusing on bringing in new accounts to the company. You will be prospecting, cold calling, and setting up appointments with potential clients. You will be an integral part of the dynamic sales team, and you must be able to work equally well independently as well as in a group environment.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2C and B2B sales
Knowledge of sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Must be motivated to foster significant new business growth
Energetic individual with a can-do sales attitude that allows for success in an ever developing sales environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Must be able to recognize potential business prospects, lock-down customer and client meetings, and deliver on a successful sales process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
Team player with great interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills
